My name is James Hynes, and I am the manager and controller of the Payscape Advisors office located in Charleston, SC. First and foremost, Vincent Caruso is a former employee of Payscape Advisors and never held a position higher than the account manager title given to all new employees. Furthermore, we have all of our business licenses and revenue licenses in place, and have been taxed on these licenses by the State of South Carolina accordingly. This erroneous report has been filed under false pretenses, due to the fact that it was written by one of our many competitors and not one of our clients.
