June 16 got call from a David reynolds of pc one. I wrote down what he was saying as he was saying it. Stated I was gauranteed a secure master card, would deduct the money the next day, june 17 and 3-5 days Federal express would deliver the card which needed to be signed for. I then would open package which would contain the credit card and a pin number to activate it and could use it immediatly.
The money did not come out of my account until july 22. I had made 5 calls to the company each time stating I was checking on status of the Secured Master Card, no one said anything different. Finally a credit repair book arrived, which states inside that it sells for 39.95, but I paid $349. I called company asking what this was they said they do not deal in credit cards sorry but the guy must have told me wrong but this is what I got too bad.
The last time I called the women refused to get a manager said they are not an outsource company as I was told every other time. I could get my money back but I would have to send return signature requested certified mail and in 60 business days I would get my money back. So I filed with the ECONOMICS CRIME UNIT of my local police station

refund finally recieved

kept calling each time told them had filed with fbi, ftc and local and next was going to re report using CCR instead of PC ONE was giving a different date each time told november 15 so called then told with holidays give it to november 22 finally got it back in my account on December 1. Think they know they can not keep your money but hold on to it as long as possible to collect as much interest on it that is how they are making thier money. so keep on thier asses remind them 30 business days are up. I was told last time I called they were having problems give it another 10 days so i said well they must be having problems for 6 months now because there are 30 other people who did not get thier money back so in 5 days I had mine KEEP CALLING LET THEM KNOW YOU HAVE VISITED THIS SITE AND FOUND OTHERS WILLING TO STATE ABOUT THIER SCAM, MARK YOUR CALENDER WHEN IT IS DUE AND CALL EVEY DAY AFTER THAT THAT YOU DON'T GET YOUR MONEY

Still trying to get my money back followed jason from texas advice. filed with fbi and ftc on line caleed company thursday 10/13 to inform them I did such. they bstated that the refund time is 15-30 business days from time you call them to confirm you tracked it back to them not from time they actually recieved it. so if you don't call them after post office as deliverd you don't get a refund. does not sound right they never inform you that you have to call back, just inclose a letter reguesting the refund they tell you.
So they keep changing thier story and buying time. I faxed them a letter and copies of some of these rip off reports and also the case numbers for local police and fbi told them thier policy is irrelevant because I never ordered thier product and I will keep calling them and reporting them and if they gave jason his money in 2 days they could do the same for me. have not got it back yet. Also on line superpages, yellow pages search nothing on pc one or phone number, but put in address and come up with a canadian courier service. My advice everone needs to file so we have more proof against them
