Alan L Hirschkorn still owes many victims money .

Alan claimed that he new nothing of what his son Jeffrey R Hirschkorn was up to in the past , but that turned out to be just another big Lie.

Alan received a degree from fraudelent means and accepted it and has attempted to utilize it under fraudelent means for his personal gain and personal / social and community notariety and prestiege. Alan has promised to repay certain debt owed .

Alan promised to certain victims repayment due to his claims of innocence ( Found later to be a LIE )

He was left out of certain legal charges filed due to his attempt / promise to repay. Alan was allowed to get back on his feet financially before repayment was to begin again in a mutual arrangement with victims.

Alan has recently begun to find his old ways and has unfortunately scamed money through a fraud law suit he filed and sucessfully received cash from this Fraud . ( he got away with this one )

He also is now collecting against his deceased wifes Social security , and his pention from N.Y.

Alan dispite his promise attempted and sucessfully Filed Bankruptcy in a back door attempt to go back on his promise to repay some past victims .

This did work for certain Debts he had But ! Alan now has a seven (7) year wait before attempting to file again by Law.

This is a ploy and an abuse of the bankruptcy system as we know , because Jeffrey and Alan have unsucessfully used this tactic before on some of the very same victims.

As 3yrs have past and many of us victims are still watching and following these criminal scamers , Some are now aware that Alan is attempting to flee from his promise of repayment to everyone.

ALAN FORGOT A FEW VICTIMS ! He did not list them on his fileing and they can collect legal debt he owes for the services he used.

I will be notifying them and informing these Honorable victims of this info. COUNT ON IT !

Jeffrey as he did do a little Jail time and was let out early 2012 on good behavior ( unhappy as the victims were ) And along with the warning Jeffrey would fraud and scam again if let out to soon !

Well inside 30 Days Jeffrey R Hirschkorn surely attempted it again , and was reinstitutionalized for Violation of probation along with the current New Charges in Jacksonville. He is currently Housed in Santa Rosa CI ,  ( Check out the story on you tube ) under scamer beware or by scamjammer1.

Jeffrey was offered Many chances to repay victims , he was afforded grace periods to his claim of doing the right thing , Victims gave him many warnings and chances to avoid ruining his life and to straighten out.

Jeffrey took the wrong path with the wrong people. ! Made a grave mistake by abusing the kindness offered.

Alan Hirschkorn will also be afforded a similar opportunity , But because of the recent actions he attempted Alan may only have (1)one shot to do the right and just thing , Then the legal system will take over for with much to answer and pay for along with the legal costs .

Many of the crimes against victims Alan has been a part of have a Statute of Limitations of 5 yrs.

Alan can still be procecuted in full for these crimes along with the proof I have seen against him.

All his charges have been appealed by his own rantings , He has fired all his Public Defenders ( he claims they are all incompetant ) Has a conflict of interest lawyer to be appointed ( More waste of tax payer money )

He took Matt and Edgar to court , tryed to sue them as well $5,000 (  no avail to jeffy once again !

He tryed to sue Bryan Hugo ( Past former Lawyer ) He lost that one Hands Down ( no cash there )!!!! 

He Tryed to sue the airport car rental ( $125,000 ) but that was a dead end as well , they have proof of a false business that does not exist ,,, He lost their too !!!!

He also is still failing to suceed to overturn claim on the Judgement Bob won from the few worthless checks Jeffrey  wrote to him as well , He tryed a writ of Mandamus and the court struck the petition and jeffrey is running out of options !!!

He still has a court Date in Aug 2011 on the grand lrc charge / although he is attempting his delay tactics here as well . I do think that the court system is definately on to jeffrey and the judges and clerks and lawyers will not give him an inch , He should just take his medicine and not upset those who control his destiny for now , and in the forseen future as Probation approches .... Jeffrey so far has what they give as good boy time and now Jeffrey is DUE TO GET OUT  7/28/12 ( JULY 28th 2012 )

As long as no more time for charges is added , then He will answer to Orange county and I do think he has more time there as well as SPECIAL ORDERS to aviod checks , COMPUTORS , CREDIT CARDS.
 
He has also been attempting to clear his Drivers license from all the suspensions and revolking the motorvehicle agency has filed , thus far he cannot convince the judge of his innosence

He did take the class online and got a cert of completion , But that was before they found out the check Jeffrey sent to them was worthless ( LOL ) and recinded the certificate , But that did not stop jeffrey  lying to the judge and court saying it was Done correctly ...

I wonder what jeffrey is going to do when he gets out from under all the woes hes under , in about 10yrs , with the probations and charges yet to be filed , will he continue to try to scam and cheat the world , and end up back in the slammer , or will he find the way and do his time and pay his victims and live a jail free life from then on . HHMMMMMM........

I have known Taylor Ward almost his entire life and I am getting sick of the drama he starts. He is pissed because his ego got stepped on and he did not get all he wanted from Hirschkorn although he did steal and sell many items from computers to headsets. If he is so smart how did he not know that moving to a bunch of different offices over two weeks was not right or how would he really believe that a convicted felon hired to be a sales peon was going to be given stake in the company as partner in that time he could just be mad that he IS A FOOL ENOUGH to think that  Taylor is a convicted felon with a long record from sexual battery to other violent crimes he was in prison for. The accomodations were not made by peabody vac , or devine vacations , or global peabody or IPOmonitor - this extravagent room , with all inclusive food , bathroom and limited view , all activitys included that you can do ( within a 15 min. window of time).

I'm not happy about Dad leaving me in this filthy rotten hell hole they call the Seminole County Jail, but he probably had no choice I stole all of his money too.

The food is absolutely awful here, just nasty stuff, and the smell in here is sickening.

I was hoping the other inmates could see the local 9 news story on me but they have no TV here, so no celebrity status for me here.

I am not feeling well and Im having bathroom problems.

I also have had some men trying to make me do UNKOSHER acts that I refuse to be a part of, I am not gay ok!

It's time for me to say I am sorry for all that has happened to the victims of Peabody Vacations and the other victims of mine.

Lets start first with Edgars Mom who worked for Bank of America, She did absolutely nothing wrong, she only did what I requested her to do, but we threw her under the bus to get the cops of my a*s!

I am sorry for what happened to Brian Lovett, he was only trying to help me get back my computers and he got arrested because of me. To make matters worse, I bailed him out using someone elses stolen credit card, and for that I am very Brian I am very sorry.

I still think that Brian stole my laptop computer, but there is no way he or anyone else will ever break my security code, so Brian, Kiss My *ss

I had to make up lies about you Brian to try and make me look good, sorry but that that is something I have been doing for a long time, it is just a diversion.

Brian was my confident and I would share all my delicious schemes with him so he knows way too much about my thievery, I should not have burnt my bridge with Brian, that was a big mistake.

I would also like to say that Brian Lovett is a good man, he has had a few brushes with the law but there is no fraud involved with Brian.

I am very sorry to Taylor Ward, a very good man, a hard worker and someone I made up a lot of stuff about.

I am the one who has the drug problem and I made up stuff about Taylor and brought up his criminal past so people wouldnt believe what he was saying.

I do owe Taylor almost $20,000 and I hope one day I will be able to repay him the money I owe him.

Taylor also has no history of fraud although he has had some issues with the law, Taylor I am very sorry for making up all the lies about you.

It is my fault that the businesses all folded due to my dishonesty, but Matt and Edgar are not totally innocent and they should be held accountable as I am being held accountable.

We would sell a package and I would immediately start using that credit card to pay my bills and to order lunch for all of the help.

At the end of the week I would pay the staffing company with that stolen credit card. It worked for me because I was only trying to buy some time, thats all just a little time. By the time the people figured out I made unauthorized charges to their bank cards I was already stealing someone elses card so it was old news.

Whenever the police would come around, it was easy throw one of the employees under the bus, plus I framed them by paying a bill for the employee with the stolen credit card and then I would point the police to that Rep. All I was doing was creating a diversion and it worked for 8 months.

Then Eddie Poirier and Bob Ross started connecting the dots and started networking with Rip Off Report and  Det Cortia and Det Riggs.

Now I was in trouble because people with knowledge were now telling the victims and the police about each other and then it was clear that the fraud was being committed by Peabody Vacations and most of the time the evidence pointed right back at me but I always managed to get rid of the police by blaming others.

The Banks never investigate small charges, so that was free money for us every day of the week, and that is the banks fault for allowing people like me to take advantage of the banking system. It was the charges to the staffing co that exposed our FRAUD MACHINE, a very big mistake on my part, what was I thinking?

I also need to apologize to Celeste for taking advantage of her situation.

Ive paid her utility bills with stolen credit cards and I just paid her rent last month and this month with a worthless check and now poor Celeste has no place to live.

Dave Folgier, you sure showed me up in court, nice job!

Brenda Kennedy was outstanding in her total breakdown of every one of my lies, she gets an A Plus for her persistence, obviously my superior when it comes to the English language.

I still would love to know who the Bounty Hunter is, who the GPS Monitor is and who the hell is this Kevin no Bull and the Equalizer?

Id like to apologize to Bob Ross for everything I did to him and his family.

I did commit insurance fraud and I did call in false police reports.

I did write many worthless checks to Home Depot and to Lowes and to the Plumber and that cost Bob Ross some trouble and they even put a lien on his home.

I lied to Bob Ross about so much stuff and misled him every step of the way. I told him thousands of lies and wasted so much of his time.

Maybe I shouldnt have done Bob like that? If I treated Bob right none of the victims would have connected and I could have still been in business robbing more people. If Bob wasnt screwed, he never would have responded to Eddie Poirier on face book.

I need to apologize to Eddie Poirier and to his family, I never should have screwed Eddie.

I wrote him a check from a closed account from Mom and Dads Commerce Bank Account for $5000 and I signed Dads name, I forged Dads name on the check.

I did this to Eddie 2 days before Christmas, what a scum bag I am, a real maggot.

I wrote Eddie another check for $5300 from the business account and that check bounced too, Eddie I am very sorry. I paid numerous bills for Eddie and every one of them was done with a worthless check or with a stolen credit card.

I even used my dead grandfather George Coopers Credit Card to pay Eddies bills and of course those were all charged back.

I did buy some leads from Eddie and sent him $1300 thru PayPal and then I called the bank and told them the same day it was an unauthorized transaction so I screwed him another $1300.

We called in over 50 charge backs from that our Chase Account and I still cant believe that Chase would allow me to get away with all of that FRAUD< THANKS CHASE!

Right now I owe Eddie about $8000 and I owe Bob Ross about $40,000 and I can never pay either of them.

Eddie told me in December that he would shut down my operation if I did not pay him and I guess he did. He called my customers and let them know I was a crook and that I sold them worthless packages, and then the s**t started to hit the fan.

They were calling the state seller of travel and complaining, they were calling the police once they figured out that Peabody Vacations and I were the people behind the illegal credit card charges.

When I was caught at Good Year stealing the tires, the wheels started coming off of my ORGANIED FRAUD CRIME SPREE. Those charges confirmed what everyone thought all along, PEABODY VACATIONS WAS A SCAM.

When my partners Matt and Edgar figured out what I was doing, they started stealing too and then there was so much stealing none of us knew what each other was doing we were totally out of control.

We had a good business but all the stealing and all of the complaints gave Peabody Vacations a bad name and then it was all downhill ever since.

When Local 6 News caught me back on March 1^st, that was pretty much the beginning of the end for me. I was so humiliated running from the reporter at Dennys. Bob Ross deserves an Academy Award for his performance.

Bob Ross was instrumental in getting me to that Dennys that day and the fight in the car over the keys was PRICELESS. That video did so much to hurt me and hurt my business.

Bob Ross and Eddie Poirier were very involved with the local 6 report and if local 6 never aired that story, I may still be in business today.

I have finally figured it out, Bob Ross and Eddie Poirier are the people who dogged me from my office in Altamonte, to my home on Northwestern Ave, to my home on South St , to my current home on South Semoran.

 If I paid Bob and Eddie I would not be sitting in jail today.

2 weeks ago I was arrested for stiffing 2 different bail bondmen with worthless checks and one for paying with a stolen credit card.

They sent me to Orange County Jail and then they sent me here to Seminole County Jail.

Last week Eddie Poirier went on  local 9 news and claimed I stole over a million dollars in the past year, FYI, I have stolen over 5 million in my lifetime, so get the facts strait.

Eddie said I am a pathological liar, and I say NO I AM NOT!  Another lie?

Now I am in some major hot water because I just paid another lawyer $7500 with a worthless check and he asked the judge to allow him to withdraw from my case.

I have screwed every lawyer in Orange and Seminole County and now I am stuck with a d**n flunky, someone like me, a public defender?

So folks, I am not getting out of jail anytime soon and I will be found guilty of every single charge, and I know there are more coming.

Im thinking that I may be facing up to 10 years in jail of hard labor.

By the time I get out of here I may be bald!

JEFF, Has found his way to the Jailhouse Medical unit.  The word on the cell block is that Jeff has a busted blood vessel in his ANUS.  Geeeeeee.....?  I wonder how he got that.....?  I bet jeffy gets an extra milk at every meal.     Thought I would share.....I guess Jeffy has finally found a place with as many homeless boys as he wants.

 Well the BUZZ around here was that Jeffrey would be bailed out on Saturday  afternoon but that did not happen.

Jeffrey has been climbing the walls calling every bail bondsman  in Orange and Seminole County.

Jeffrey has been telling the other inmates that all of his charges were being dropped, but no one believes his bull s**t, not even me a s**t eating fly.

Hes  been trying to borrow money from the other inmates and offering them all jobs at his Million Dollar Vacation Business he runs out of Windermere..

Jeffrey has offered them double their money  paid back if they can lend him enough to bond out of jail.

He is even offering a partnership in his business if any one can find Jeffrey another Sucker, I mean investor.

Jeffrey keeps the other inmates awake at night because most of the time he is crying, screaming out over and over I did nothing wrong, I will be vindicated

When hes not crying he is yelling I gotta get out a here

Jeffrey just got a new cell mate last night and Jeffrey and him seem to be doing some very serious bonding.

When I woke up this am, they were both sleeping in the same bunk, how romantic is that? Not at all, even a fly can be repulsed!

It's nice to see that people out there do have an appreciation for the hard work many of us posters have done to stop Jeffrey from scamming others.

Basically, the man sold vacations, that were never fulfilled.

The man used peoples credit card numbers to pay his own bills and others.

The man ordered lunch daily for his staff, of course using stolen credit cards.

The man would use a customers AMERCIAN EXPRESS to pay his staffing co, TWICE.

The man bought tires at Goodyear using a customers credit card.

The man pays all of his bills with stolen credit cards or other peoples checking account.

The man wrote me 2 worthless checks for pver $10,000.

The man paid me $1300 thru paypal, then the same day reported that it was UNAUTHORIZED.

The man has paid me with stolen credit cards.

He closed his Peabody Office and re-opened under a new name.

He closed that office and re-opened under another name.

Jeffrey was arrested last week and then re-arrested again and has been sitting in JAIL for over a week now.

So many of us worked hard to expose Jeffrey Hirschkorn and I warned him in December, DO NOT SCREW ME OR I WILL SHUT YOU DOWN, and we did just that.

Bob Ross and myself were hoping that Jeff would be able to make restitution to us but he has not.

He has lied, and lied, and lied over and over to Bob and myself.

He will tell you he is in Walmart sending you a moneygram that never comes.

He will tell you he just sent a western union and will even give you a confirmation number, that us not valid.

He will throw anyone under the bus to save his own hide.

The man has no soul and no remorse, NONE.

So now that Jeff is in jail and it is obvious that he can not pay me back, it is time for me to move forward and press charges.

I got a call on Friday from a local reporter who asked me to speak on camera, but I really didn't want to, but eventually gave on, why?

Well Folks,

We did it. Collectively we made sure that HIRSCHSCAM got locked up and isn't getting out of jail, EVER!

Jeffrey was transferred today to Seminole County Jail and Jeff thinks he is being bailed out on Friday, he thinks he has a get out of jail card waiting, but it isn't happening.

There is a BIG SURPRISE waiting for Jeffrey, a Big one.

The judge is already aware of Hirschscam and all of his scamming.

The judge is also aware of Jeff screwing the Bond Companies, so he's in some trouble.

Jeff is a flight risk now and the judge  will not allow bond, so in other words, NO Bail.

Jeffrey's people are desperately calling every bailbondsman in town trying to get him out but there isn't enough money to get Jeff out, they want a ton of dough for a crook like him.

I know these Bail Bondsman, they are BOUNTY HUNTERS, just like me and they are pretty mad right now and they do not want to help bond him out, why would they?

To lose more money?

You can't be writing the bailbondsman a worthless check and you certainly can't be giving them a stolen credit card to bail someone else out of jail.

I can't help but notice that Jeffrey looks a bit tired and weathered in todays MUG SHOT, I guess that will happen to you when you are in jail for a week waiting to be bailed out. It's like waiting for a bus that never is coming.

A special thanks to Celeste Christian and Bob Ross. I have been told by my friends that both of them were very helpful providing information concerning  Jeffrey Hirschkorn's whereabouts. Im told Bob Ross and Celeste both provided detailed information to both bond companies that helped locate Jeff which ultimately led to Jeffrey's arrest. Could rewards be coming?

Rumor has it that Jeffrey put up a good fight, but eventually my girl, yes a girl Bounty Hunter won the battle and slapped those cuffs on Jeffrey and dragged him off to jail!

It;s a good thing Jeff didn't get out of hand becasue MAMA BOUNTY HUNTER was the back-op. Yup, you heard it right, a Woman Bounty Hunter and her MOTHER roughed Jeffrey up a bit.

On A serious note  Jeffrey Hirschkorn upon my investigation into his complete organized crime spree , rangeing in span from 2004 - 2010 , has really Abused the system to its maximum , not only by taking advantage of the most vulnerable and poor / needy and some very Ill ( cancer ) victims , as well as many others from all walks and financial statuses , but known to who ever would read these posts and follow thru to truth , also he has really put a hurt on functions of the government at the federal , state , and county levels in one of the worst times in this countrys history , - showing how incompetent they really are , and how clueless they can be , putting Jeff back out without restraints .( BIG MISTAKE )

It is a releif if jeffrey is procecuted criminally for any more worthless checks written instead of repayment process that which He is no longer eligable ( Thanks to a certain victims persistence ) , and also its a good thing for bail to be revolked / disallowed from any and all charges now and in future . Its Unfortunate but if Jeffrey gets away with this stuff the state of florida will put itself directly in the path of one large law suit ( Class action from all the victims who can show all proof )

Still Jeff has not received the due diligence he so deserves , from any and all justice to Date , I surely hope that seminole county is ready for jeffrey to be back in town , for If not , he will be out in no time , doing what he has done in the recent past and up to the recent present .

Now He sits in seminole county , for charges on record and to answer for past crimes

 once again to those who feel he can function as a normal law abiding citizen , He has so called friends who will now share his bed , for they have no where to go , But that very good friend , is one who has seemed to operate on her own for her own selfish reasons , forgetting there are more than 2 Doz victims out here waiting to get restitution .

Then Again What will happen to his new roomate when he finds she turned him in even as his VP of global vac and travel , will the possition still be avail to her , or will she marry into the family , The actual word is the possibility that if bail is at all accepted

Jeffrey could be out and about by tomorrow , about 2500 plus a nifty piece of collateral like a Diamond ring worth 10,000 or mayby a house , or some expensive sports memorabilia because He is now a flight risk to Dodge the grasp of the law and courts .

If everyone tells the truth they walk , and jeffrey gets what he deserves upto and including some deep mental health issues that he needs .  

 

     I have followed these posts on Jeff for a year. When it is slow it is always good for a laugh. Jeff needs to stay in jail. It was late last night that it was found after a Head count of the inmates that Jeffrey Hirschkorn broke out !

During the afternoon it was said that jeffrey had bought the bottom bunk with a free lunch pass given to Bangador , but when Bangador found his free lunch pass was no good , he wanted his old bunk back , Jeffrey used an old trick to delay him ,

Told him that AAff ( american aux free food ) was legit and George,Matt,Edgar PC.  very good attorneys , would get an injuction  and promised that the lunch pass would be corrected and he would now throw in a dinner pass seated with the warden on a larger tray, for his trouble, it would be within bed time ,or shortly after  , But now being in the lower bunk all night now , the bottom had been saturated by jeffrey ( he had an accident in the bed ) that he would blame on the inmate in the next cell . 

 Bangador wondered how that guy got into the cell without his knoledge and pead da bed , Jeffrey said the warden allowed him to enter for a meeting with all parties , while bangador was sleeping for consulting purposes to incorporate , TV and cable into the cells

 and to help stop all the naysayers and negetativity going around , that jeffrey was in jail and a criminal , Jeff said he is there to do good and to upgrade the lunch passes and tv and cable and such , thats all , 

this was an accident and he couldnt get to the bathroom in time and got locked in the cell . 

 but jeff said he would correct all thru pay a pal , and whoever actually had him locked up and was very sorry they did such , and would file bankruptcy ,  and since he was so stressed with all the naysayers , and non believers of the dryness that would occur within 24hrs ,and  the lunch pass`s , and cable that could be done wirless ,   HE FINALLY BROKE OUT !!!        IN HIVES ............ screaming IGOTTAGETOUTAHERE ...

The word got out that the possibility Jeffrey Hirschkorn could very well be Bailed out By some of His biggest victims , if not one of the biggest and more ,

I am sure if he can he will now want every chance to appear as it will be a sort of road trip for him now , and the probability is a transfer from one facility to another to avoid additional trips and cost to the state ,they may transfer his now OC residence to th SC facility , for jeff to aquaint himself with yet BUBBA and friends too .

Believe what you read! On todays report, the only truth herein is that Brian Lovett does have outstanding warrants for his arrest in Clay, Duval and OsceolaCounty.

 

Good One Brian! Tried to convince me that your mother and roommate bailed you out of Osceola County Jail when you were arrested previously! The real truth here is that they let you out on a promise to pay outstanding court costs and applicable fines. At last check, the Clerk of the Court for OsceolaCounty maintains that you owe $690 in back court costs and they have now added a $250 levy on top of that for your arrest.

 

That is chump change compared with what you owe to Clay and DuvalCounty. At last check, the combined total eclipses $4,500. But, thanks to the help of this poster, you are certain to be served with paperwork from the Florida Department of Revenue because they are trying to hunt you down for child support.

 

See, one good thing exists: FDOR cannot suspend or revoke a license that is already canceled.

."  I had no reason to doubt that...

Ripoff Report #538596, update #2, alleges that Jeffrey was arrested on Jan. 15 for identity theft, grand theft, 2 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, and forgery.  Given all that I have been through, I am convinced that the only thing that was blocked that day was Jeffrey's exit from the police station...

Shortly they will wrongly apply for Bankruptcy once again just to screw their creditors of the money they presently owe and continue to accrew , the employees they may have need to be aware as they will not be getting paid and find themselves in a possition that similarly resembles those of us from the recent past .that continues to move forward and will result in JAIL for a life .

WE will not go away as victims , we will stay the course and make jeff pay the wrongs he so boldly abused and deliberately enacted upon so many innocent and good , hard working and Decent people who some were exceptionally good to him prior to finding out what a Backstabber and criminal he is .

It seems that some people have nothing better to do with time than try to scoop up dirt on people. If one would know how much Mr. Hirschkorn does for others while others rip him apart, it is truly amazing. Now, whomever posted this latest entry about a so-called record of Mr. Hirschkorn, should also realize that in each matter his uncle Martin Robert Hirschkorn was implicated for using his identity. I should know I represented in each matter.

The only thing Mr. Hirschkorn takes credit for are the two traffic infractions in Flagler County. One was for an improper turn while driving a straight truck and the other was for a tinting issue on the car. Each was paid!

See, from my point, I truly believe that this gross misconduct of someone poking around his background lies within a pending criminal probe of Mr. Eddie Poirier, who happens to be the subject of several reports on this site for operating a business without license or incorporation.  We will know soon enough if he is responsible for posting this recycled and outdated information which I know is not true except for the above traffic infractions.

Of course Jeffrey doesn't want to hear me or anyone else complaining.....but he is sadly mistaken if he thinks that others are not interested in what we have to say! 

It's very easy to continue doing what you're doing if nobody complains about it.  Once people start to share and compare experiences, networking begins...and it doesn't take long to "connect the dots". 

Apparently, "traveler19" does not realize that every time he submits an inane rebuttal to a person's Ripoff Report or update, he is actually confirming their statements....and motivating them to do all that they can to investigate further and educate others who need to know what is going on.

 

It is just a shame that some people do not know when to stop. In this case, Brenda Kennedy should no when to stop. She is at the end of the line. Everyone does not want to hear her complaining! Neither do I. Hopefully, she can focus her attention on something else. I will no longer respond to this.

In Report #564705, update #4, Jeffrey Hirschkorn wrote the following:

<I am fed up with all of the naysayers: Brenda Kennedy should notice that her complaint has been dismissed by the State of Florida because she has made a false accusation to the government regarding her purchase. She created a chargeback and tried to coerce this individual to accept responsibility for such chargeback.>

This morning, I spoke with the Florida state employee assigned to this case.  Jeffrey is correct in stating that my complaint is not open...but certainly not because false accusations were made by me, as he implies.  The caseworker indicated that Jeffrey's assertion that he would not contest the $498.00 chargeback was the deciding factor.  Smart move, Jeffrey ~ no sense piling on more problems by forging travel documents to use as evidence.

Later in the day I received a letter from the State.  Enclosed with it was a copy of Jeffrey's response to my complaint.  Jeffrey certainly has missed his calling as a writer of fiction!  What a load of BS!!  I will certainly enjoy dissecting it lie-by-lie in my response...starting with the fact that he doesn't even know the date that he received the chargeback notice.  I will also request a copy of an attachment to which he made reference: "And proof of said package fulfillment is attached as exhibit of work performed for her holiday package."   Hmmmm..... I wonder if he's referring to all the time he spent booking (and charging to my credit card without authorization) one room at the Days Inn instead of the promised adjoining rooms at the Grand Floridian??

Yes, Jeffrey Hirschkorn did a lot of talking about my vacation package but, sadly, never followed through.  I am not the bad guy because I asserted my consumer rights; he is his own worst enemy!  Also, Jeffrey might think that my complaint has disappeared, but he is mistaken.  I learned that it will sit there in his file for all eternity, in support of other complaints that are currently rolling in...

AND NOW...THE REST OF THE STORY!

PETTY ??  I was way too patient with him for way too long, and ended up with no vacation after putting up with all of the baloney.  THE FOLLOWING TIMELINE (as submitted to the Florida Dept. of Consumer Services) PICKS UP WHERE MY PREVIOUS POST LEFT OFF:

Jan. 12 Jeffrey e-mailed to tell me that he had received notification of a chargeback. I told him that I would rescind it if he completed our confirmations. After talking with my bank about this, I felt that the best route to take would be to initiate a new charge once he came through with confirmations; rescission of the chargeback would negate my ability to request another for the transaction, should he not produce. I had hope that he would provide the promised reservations, but was not confident enough about that to forfeit my protection.

Jan. 13 Jan. 20- Daily e-mails to him asking about the package and the need to book air reservations, as they were increasing in price with each passing day. He asked if he could use my credit card number on file to re-bill the cost of the package at $598.00 (I agreed, since he was going to book us in the Grand Floridian) and to book airfare on Southwest Airlines at a cost of $657.37, to which I gave consent.

Jan. 20 Jeffrey e-mailed PROPOSED VACATION ITINERARY attachment stating that we would be at the Grand Floridian, and in Cocoa Beach, along with the number of attraction passes that we would be receiving. There was also a confirmation number for the rental car and the confirmation number for our air reservations. He told me that the confirmation numbers from Carnival Cruise Lines would follow the next day. They didnt.

Jan. 21 Discovered temporary charges posted to my credit card in the amount of $1157.60 from Southwest Airlines, along with charges from VAX Hotels for 396.56 and FunJet Vacations for 406.84. Questioned him about this and he said that the VAX was for our accommodations at the RADISSON in Cocoa Beach and FunJet was for Disney tickets, Gatorland, and the car rental. Discussed the fact that the total of these two charges from these businesses (which I had not authorized) far exceeded the $598.00 that he (Peabody Vacations) was to re-bill for my package. He said that the Southwest charge was in error, and that he would call them. Later on, he told me that I would be receiving a credit in the amount of $416.07 from Southwest.

I called the numbers that accompanied the charges on my credit card statement. That is when I learned that Jeffrey Hirschkorn had used my card to book two rooms for 3 nights at the ECONO LODGE in Cocoa Beach (VAX) and ONE ROOM AT THE DAYS INN Orlando for 4 nights (FunJet). I then called Southwest Airlines and they confirmed that Jeffrey Hirschkorn had booked reservations by phone and the price was, indeed 1157.60! That is a far cry from his quoted price of $657.37and $184.00 more that I would have paid by booking them online at that time! **they also confirmed that there was no refund forthcoming...never was, never would be**  Having received no confirmation documents from Jeffrey, Southwest kindly e-mailed a copy of the confirmation that they had sent him at the time of booking.

Jan. 25 E-mailed Jeffrey with the details I found out by calling the businesses who posted charges to my account. He maintained that they had given me inaccurate information, and told me that the package was complete and that I would see for myself that all was in order when the package that he overnighted to me was received. There was no package delivered, and no tracking number provided when I requested it from him. He said the same thing when I told him that the package did not arrive the next day.

Jan. 27 I e-mailed Jeffrey and told him that if I did not receive confirmations by the end of the day, I would begin the task of filing and posting complaints. He did not respond to that e-mail nor to the voice messages I left on his cell phone (407-310-4089).

I sincerely hope that readers heed the warnings found in various posts, make the suggested inquiries, and follow through with a complaint if all is not as it should be.

One final comment:  Jeffrey chides those of us who have chosen to speak out when he writes:  <And, do understand that my employees are the ones suffering from this.>  

To that, I say:  Jeffrey, when you started pointing a finger at who is harming your business and employees, you should have been standing in front of a mirror.  YOU are the culpable party..... we are merely the messengers.

12/16/09 ~ One month after purchasing the package and never receiving the materials for the "15 day review", I finally got to talk with Jeffrey Hirschkorn.  All communication was with him for this point on...  We discussed the package details.

12/17 ~ Spoke with Jeff in the morning and followed up with an e-mail recapping what had been discussed.  

12/18 ~ E-mail inquiry as to how the reservations were progressing.  Response: Will get this done today. Waiting on a phone call."

12/21 ~ Checked in to see if details were finalized, as I would like to make airline reservations.  Response: " Will let you know".

12/23 ~  Q:  Will we be able to wrap this up today"
             A: YES YES

12/24 ~  Q: Jeffrey....What is happening?
             A: "A new package went out yesterday."

12/29 ~  Still hadn't received anything in the mail.  Asked Jeffrey to please e-mail its contents so that I could proceed with airline reservations. 
Response: "Will do shortly.  Will be in the office around 4 p.m."  (nothing e-mailed to me)

1/4/2010 ~ Sent an e-mail expressing my desire to start the New Year off right by getting my travel arrangements finalized TODAY.  No reply

1/5 ~ Called Jeffrey in the a.m. and left message.  Followed up with an e-mail: "...the tone of my message should clearly indicate that it [patience] is running very thin at this point.  This MUST be finalized today; otherwise, I will have to take action to receive a refund and proceed with booking our vacation through another agency." Received e-mail stating "...I am awaiting your final documents to send you, which should be very soon.  At best, by 1 p.m.  I can assist you on my end with your airfare needs.  Call me around 12 p.m. and we'll get that done".  I called...several times over the course of the afternoon.  Nobody answered.  Received e-mail from Jeff at 5:52 p.m.:  Documents are being finalized.  Sorry for the delay, but they are working diligently on such..."  I e-mailed and asked when I could expect them to be finalized, and asked him to e-mail details on what had already been confirmed.  No reply.

1/6 ~  Called an left a phone message at 9:05 a.m. and followed up with an e-mail to re-cap: "TODAY IS THE DAY.  I fully expect everything to finalized for my Florida vacation package by 4:00 p.m., and that I will have received the details and associated confirmation numbers via e-mail or phone call. IF you cannot provide any portion of the information requested, I will expect to receive the confirmation number for my credit card refund in the amount of $498.00.  Should that not happen, I will proceed accordingly..." 

I DID.

Interestingly enough, he called me within a half hour after I had called my bank to request the chargeback.  I told him that I had called them, and he needed to get busy so that I could "call off the dogs"  (I would rescind the dispute if he completed my bookings.)  

The days came and went...I wanted to get things done because airfares were creeping up in price daily.  Got the usual responses, such as "They [reservations] will be completed shortly."

1/12 ~ He e-mailed me all in a tizzy because he had received notification of the chargeback.  He wanted me to reverse it, but I called my bank and learned that if I did so, I would not have the right to reopen it in the event that my vacation package was not fulfilled.  I told Jeffrey that Peabody Vacations could re-bill for the package if he completed the reservations, hoping that he would do exactly that.

But it was another week of the same old, same old before Jeffrey completed part of the reservations...  However, the manner in which this was done only added to my frustrations ~ and his problems.

I will gladly post "the rest of the story" if Jeffrey (a.k.a. his lawyer) wants to continue proclaiming that I am not being completely truthful about this...

Open Letter to RipOff Report:

Dealing with problematic customers is not an easy art. But, when a customer sneaks behind you and does a chargeback with no merit. It hurts!

Do not believe half of what you actually read. If you do, it wouldn't suit your needs. It would only suit aggravation.

Anyone who tries and disparage my client will be dealt with accordingly by law.
