Complaint Review: Peach Direct , GE Money Bank
Peach Direct , GE Money Bankpeachdirect.com Internet U.S.A.
Peach Direct, GE Money Bank pattern of deceit bad business practices why no class action suit? California Internet
*UPDATE Employee: Disgruntled employee blackmails Peachdirect for money to stop writing bad commentaries on web
*UPDATE EX-employee responds: The artists behind this scam are.. Peach Direct aka E Capital Financial
*Consumer Comment: Peach Direct is number one in my book!
My question is: Why hasn't their been a class action suit started against PD? PayPal got nabbed because they did not have an adequate system in place for complaint response and PD is MUCH WORSE in this area. I was actually told that "no supervisor is ever readily available and that it would be a week to ten days for a supervisor to contact me."
I would suggest to all others that they contact not only the BBB, but also their state attorney general's office. Most state atty gen's offices deal fairly aggressively with this type of fraudulet business practices.
And, while I've read that "D Kim" from PD has resolved some customer complaints, why does he only respond to those on the Internet, when those who call on the phone can't even talk to a supervisor? If Mr. Kim and his business partners would spend more time processing the orders properly, they wouldn't have to spend hours searching Google for complaints about their company and trying to do damage control!!
