I ordered 2 xbox 360's and an HP computer monitor on December 9th, 2006. They told me that it would take 2-3 weeks for me to recieve the merchandise. After my order status displayed order pending shipment for a solid 2 weeks, I got suspisious and started to check into the company. I seen numerous complaints of the run around they give, and the specific lies customers are given. So I called peach direct customer service. They immedialty started feeding me the lies I had read they gave to thier other customers. When I brought this to the rep's attention she was not happy. She began to get nasty with me so I explained to her that I would call back later when I could speak to someone with manners, and in the mean time I would be speaking to an attorney. I called an attorney whom told me to call everyday, and to keep him updated as to what peach told me from day to day. You wouldn't believe all the different stories THAT i have been given. They should have a company wide meeting so that all the reps have the same lies to hand out. When you bring it to thier attention that someone else told you something totally different, they get mad. So here we are the original 3 weeks are up tomarrow. So far they have only shipped out the HP computer monitor, but I have not recieved it, so who know if they really did. I'm getting a big run around on the xbox's. Always a new set of rules, they must change daily!! The rep I talked to today said they would be sent out today or tomarrow, but I highly doubt it. When I call tomarrow I will be given more lies!! Here are the names of some of the reps who have lied to me. Brandi S or F?, Lindsey G., Will. Those are off the top of my head, I could give you about 20 more names if I had my daily peach direct lies journal in front of me. PLEASE DON'T BE SCAMMED BY THEM!! IF THEY OFFER YOU CREDIT, LET THEM KNOW THAT YOU WILL NOT BE RIPPED OFF, OFFER THEM A PIECE OF YOUR MIND, I DO DAILY, AND THEY DON'T LIKE IT AT ALL!!!!
