Peach Direct This company makes promises that never happen Los Angeles California

This company has been taking my money for over one year now, and still can not make good. In December of 2006 my husband thought he was doing something good, he ordered my a very nice digital camera from this company. After several weeks of waiting and checking the website, he tracked that we should be getting this soon.

Well, someone got it alright in Austin Texas, not in Paducah Kentucky where we live. This is where the trouble began, I called the company and they said they were so sorry and it would be taken off my bill, did they want another camera sent out. I thought in my mind at that time, that was GReat Customer service, no hassle resolved quickly, BOY was I wrong.

One year later I am still being billed for the 399.99 camera, the 59.00 warrenty(that I never purchased) along with interest and a couple of late fees, because I never thought I had a bill to begin with. I call and talk to "customer serivice" every month and get the run around. Last month I spoke to the "corportate office" and this gentleman assurred me that this would be resolved, that been two weeks ago. guess what I still have a bill!

This company should be shut down, and GE money who finances should not finace them anymore. Someone help me get this company to make good on there mistakes and get my money back.
