Peach Direct Stuck With damaged TV ,Lie after Lie from this Company!!!!! Santa Monica California

I ordered A Sharp TV from Peach Direct,when I unpacked it ,the TV had concealed damage to the screen.
I called Peach Direct the same day to report it,I was told some one would call me back.Here I am six weeks later with the TV still sat in my living room in the box and being billed for it!
I have called Peach Direct on an almost daily basis and depending on which person I am speaking with I get a different scenario as to what is being done to rectify the situation.
I was told to contact Sharp the manufacturer,did that one!! They told me it was Peach Directs responsibility,and that they had these kind of problems with them all the time,and recommended I continue to call Peach Direct daily.
I scoured the web and found an Email for a rep at Peach Direct,he Emailed me back and called me ,I was assured things would be taken care of.I received an Email from him yesterday saying everything had been done ,and that I needed to contact the manufacturer!! Already done that!!
I reported them to the BBB ,they gave rebuttal saying I had become Irate,imagine that!!
The telephone number and contact the rep gave me has proved not to be any help either,the mailbox is aways full so you can't even leave a message.
So here I sit six weeks later with a damaged TV I cannot use,and GE bank wanting to be paid for it.I have been lied to time after time by Peach Direct .
Do not have anything to do with this company,please beware!!!!
