I ordered the trial set. I was told $1 plus shipping. Well shipping was Over $7. Next thing I know, my credit card is billed for $119.32. I have gotten nothing except my trial kit. When I call to complain, I was informed I need to call them back by 15 days from when package was shipped to cancelled "membership". First of all, I have no idea when it was shipped. I received it on Dec. 18th. My card was billed Dec. 20th. Does that seem right? They say they shipped Dec 7th. I find it hard to believe that it took 11 days to get to me. With the holidays maybe. No consessions are made for this. However, after I complained they issed a $59.00 credit to my card. So now I am paying $60.32 for a single Trial kit that was to cost a dollar. ROBBED! CROOKS!
