CONTRACT
AUTHOR: PEAK CREDIT SERVICES - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, June 08, 2011
POSTED: Wednesday, June 08, 2011The truth is this, before the customer gets the cell phone, they signed a contract from the cellular provider, (Sprint, T-Mobile, ATT and Verizon), they also signed a contract with SecureIt, the contracts in which I own. I have in my files a copy of a sign contract and a photo id, from all customers.
The problem is this, as soon as the new cell phone is activated the cellular provider pays the dealer a $400.00 commission, (line 5 on the SecureIt contract), they also receive the cost of the equipment the customer purchased, (line 3 of the SecureIt contract). All customers have a 30 day free look period, (line 7 of SecureIt contract), if not satisfied, return within the 30 days no obligation. After the first 30 days the customer is required to keep the service for a minimum of 180 days, (line 6 of the contract). The problem is, these people deactivated their cell service and the dealer lost their commission, which the customer agreed to pay if they did in fact deactivate (line 2 of the contract.)
It comes down to this, I am a RIP OFF because people did not READ the contract before signing.
People need to take responsibility for their own actions. I love when someone tells me, I never read the contract, or I was not told that. Again, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN ACTIONS, STOP BLAMMING OTHERS. YOU OWE THE BILL

Mr. Cerrone is trying to scam me
AUTHOR: Linda - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, July 21, 2010
POSTED: Wednesday, July 21, 2010this company has threatened me with lawsuits and is baiting me to contact them saying i have paid them some money keeping this problem in my credit report and obviously admitting to the purchase and contract. they have sent me a form letter saying they would also now agree to a 25% settlement to which i have not responded.
the problem is, I never went to "beeper and phones", not sure of the name...to purchase a phone. i have always dealt directly with ATT and again they verify i have never owned a cell phone with the number Mr. Cerrone states was mine.
i have excellent credit with ATT, always pay my bills on time, as he (Mr. Cerrone) can see when he looked at my credit.
i am a senior citizen and will not be scammed!!! nad apparently will have to live with the hit he placed on my credit report. shame on him.

CONTRACT
AUTHOR: PEAK CREDIT SERVICES - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, July 20, 2010
POSTED: Tuesday, July 20, 2010Peak Credit Services, LLC purchased the rights to all accounts regarding to Beeper N Phones, (dealer). The facts are such that anyone who went to Beeper N Phones to apply for cellular services with any major cell phone companies, (carrier),were required to sign a contract with the individual cellular service carrier as well sign a second contract with SecureIt. The reason for the SecureIt contract is that the dealer earns a commission from the carrier on all new contracts signed. The customer must keep his/her cell phone for at least 180 days. Failure to do so would result in the carrier back charging the dealer (financial damages) for their commission and cost of the phone. All customers signed the contracts, provided photo id (driver license) and additional form of identification (some form of credit card or debit card). If the customer refused to read the three page contract, why that it is my company is the "rip off" company. Remember, it is the customers responsibility to read and understand all points in a formal contract. If they do not agree with the terms and conditions, my recommendation is do not sign and walk away.
