HA HA HA JEN HELANT has a degree in Psychology! HA HA HA.  Talk about F R A U D. Now Jenhelant has changed her credentials from a BA in Psychology to a Degree in Psychology. R E A L L Y!!! She has a BA with a major in psychology --- N O T  a degree in psychology. Unfortunately,, innocent customers are being answered by a person who has Z E R O training in the field of psychology. Andy Kurtzig should be taken to task for who he allows to be an EXPERT. Having Jenhelant answer Parenting and Relationship questions  is a total F R A U D. No person without at least a Master's Degree should be helping people with Parenting, Relationship, Mental Health or Agony Aunt questions. How sad that customers are taken advantage of --- stroked and given what they want to hear so that the FRAUDULENT EXPERT gets paid. I'll bet the EXPERTS who have proper training get more negative ratings because they are professional and are not merely handing out what the customer wants to hear just so that they can get paid. They have some moral integrity. Just ANSWER/PEARL has NO MORAL INTEGRITY by allowing people like Jenhelant, et al --- those not licensed in a mental health field to answer questions in RELATIONSHIP, PARENTING, AGONY AUNT and MENTAL HEALTH categories.

CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ THIS --- DO NOT ALLOW a NON-LICENSED PERSON TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS!!!!

Here is a great example of a question answered by a so-called expert at Just Answer that Just Answer claims to be verified but with only a BA in Psychology and the same question answered by one of their experts who does have the qualifications to answer the question. JUST ANSWER MUST get rid of their unqualified so-called experts.

Here again is a response by Jenhelant to a question posted on Just Answer answered by someone with only a BA. The customer wants to have some information about the fact that she is dating someone who is a sex offender. Go to the link and see Jenhelant's response. This is mind boggling. And Just Answer will say they verify their experts. Sorry someone with a BA CANNOT get verified. What a scam this site is.

Here is another example of a question answered by jenhelant AKA Jenniferm whom Scott said was verified. Here is what Jenhelant says about herself:

It is frightening to think that she is answering the question below. Someone ought to let the customer know --- let all Just Answer customers be aware of who is answering a parenting or Relationship question - Someone with a Bachelor's degree  - yes, that's right, a bachlor's degree. Please be aware of who is answering your questions. Customers of Just Answer/Pearl.com - do not let anyone with less than a master's degree in the mental health field answer your questions. There are some very qualified experts. CHECK OUT AN EXPERTS CREDENTIALS before allowing them to answer your question.

Really, what verication is a Bachelor's degree in psychology or a Child Care Worker or an Auto Mechanic. These are your so-called experts answering questions in human relations. Please, these people have no business in answering questions in a human relations category.

Please, anyone who asks a question in the human relations field, that is,Relationship, Parenting or Agony Aunt, do not accept an expert's answer who does not have at least a Master's Degree in a psychological field --- that is, in social work or psychology or family therapy or counseling. Nobody without that amount of training at least should be answering people's questions in those fields. Really, verified. Give me a break.
