Peggy Robinson works for Windermere Real Estate in Liberty Station on Womble Rd in San Diego, CA (92106). She works there with her husband Curtis Robinson. Curtis is not a bad person, but he happens to be married to a very unprofessional woman who is undoubtedly limiting and ruining his career. During a period of 2 months late in 2009, I worked with "The Robinson Team", trying to buy some real estate. My former real estate agent had relocated and I was in need of some new agents. These people worked for the same company and happened to know my other agent, so I thought I would give them a try. I really had not had a "bad" real estate experience before this, so I suppose I was brave with trying new agents. BAD IDEA!!! From the very beginning, Peggy kept trying to get me to change lenders and go with some friend of hers. I already own 2 properties and do all my banking through one particular bank and I wanted to keep it that way... but Peggy kept insisting. She even gave my phone number out to her "friends" on several occasions without my permission. During the course of our interactions, I found myself, on several occasions, having to define simple real estate terms for Peggy, and she often did not understand what was going on. She could not keep up with the fast pace of the real estate market, and needless to say, I lost out on an amazing opportunity because of her slothful and sluggish actions. She cost me thousands of dollars and wasted way too much of my time. In addition, I found it to be very odd that she was unnecessarily rude to my female accountant as well as to my wife. She had a definite sexist attitude toward dealing with women, even though she was a woman herself. She often spoke down to them, belittled them, and denied to give them simple information, demanding to speak directly to me. I had never had these problems before with my other agent or any other business people. After our contract had ended, she continued to contact me and beg for business... frankly, it became pathetic and I had to contact her manager in order to stop communication. I would recommend using another agent and staying far away from this lunatic. Thank you for listening.
