I have tried to use the information that Angela Penbrook says works in her my rebate processor website and it does not work or is too hard to download so you can start rebate processing or any other work she explains. I have tried to get help to install her programs and it just does not work. So I tried to get my 90 day money back guarantee and have just received their generic email explaining it takes 5-7 business days to get credited wel it's been 5- 7 days and still counting and no refund. When I try to contact customer care they just send the same email it takes 5-7 business days and it was a successful refund back to my credit card , but accordingly to my credit card company nothing has been credited. I have a lawyer in my family and I think I'm gonna have him start legal action against Penbrook Productions. Plus let the Better Business Bureau , State of California and City of Irvine know what kind of company is operating in their territory. I hope their Address in Irvine helps others to find them and take legal action against them , because I found out they do not have a business License for rebate processing or registered with Better Business Bureau either.
