On March of 09 & now Aug of 09 Penn Credit Corp. Sent a collection letter to my aged mother for $19.94. This we thought was cleared up when we sent them a letter telling them we knew Pain Vanish was a rip off.
They claim to send cream in a tube to people, and then send the bill to a collection agent who is part of their tube of cream scam. They send letters to the victim and demand payment.
Many people pay it to keep their credit clean.
Now it appears the collection is also a rip off! So how does one report a rip off company to a rip off company?
I sent them another letter telling them my mom never got the stupid cream, and will not be paying for it. We will report both the pain vanisn & the collection to the BBB here in WI.
I am really sick of people who can't make an honest living like the rest of us, and or who prey on the elderly! We do need to ban together to sue these jerks and put them in prison!!
