Penn foster high school program is a ripoff. I was enrolled and the program in taking the course online on monthly payment when I feel ill and was unable to complete the course I was billed over 1,200 dollars for the program this I have a problem with because I never received any materials besides some small pamphlets. Which pennn Foster has placed a collection on my credit report caution do not enroll in Penn Foster high school program
