Took tax refund energy draft in would not  follow the  instructions on the draft as far as refunding the overage due back to us as noted on the state of michigan draft was our choice. Would not listen to reason, Talked over me.  Extremely rude woman receptionist in coldwater Grabbed the draft, signed pennington name on  it making it useless to us without a reissue.

She then asked me to leave the premisis. I have been in business over 45 years. We employ over 300 persons in 3 states and i have never in all my life met a more rude and unhelpfull receptionist. Great customer service. All we wanted to do was pay our bill. To have a person like this on the front line representing your compay is shameful. They say for every 1 person you treat poorly you loose 10 customers.  Ill spend the rest of my days recommending you loose many many more than that.!
