I recently placed a call to this establishment and was completely appalled at how I was treated by their employee Wayne. His rudeness and unprofessional demeanor was absolutely horrendous and no customer requesting a service from any company should EVER be treated in such a manner. If Wayne actually is the manager or owner of this establishment, well then shame on Wayne for such disgusting behavior as management! Apparently my business and my money mean nothing to him, so much so that he would dare speak to a customer in the fashion that he did. Heres a summary of the situation and subsequent call which took place on Monday, January 07, 2013.
I saw a coupon ad in Valpak for what I thought was a great deal on Air Duct Cleaning. The ad states $29.95 unlimited vents cleaned which includes unlimited vents, 1 cold air return and main duct. I called the company number on the coupon and spoke to Wayne. [continued below]....
..... To begin, his disposition and demeanor were not friendly at all. I chose to ignore his attitude and continue with the booking of my appointment. I couldn't get a word in edgewise with all of his quick, hurried questions. Once I finally got to speak and ask a few questions, Wayne immediately grew agitated for no apparent reason.
At first, I asked if his team could come out on a Saturday, which he responded yes to. I then asked if they could come at 10:30 am on 2/26/13 which I was immediately answered with a blunt "no" and that they take their last appointment at "9 am in the morning as by that time they are working 6 days a week and are tired and it's a long process." First of all, that's a ridiculous policy! Secondly, if that's the case, they shouldn't advertise on their coupons that their service runs from 8 am - 3 pm on Saturday. Thats extremely misleading! However, once again I proceeded with the booking despite his callousness and booked it for 9 am.
Then Wayne informed me that on the day of my appointment, the servicer would tell me how much the total charges would come out to. I let him know at that point that I had a coupon for $29.95 for unlimited vents and he condescendingly stated that it doesn't include the actual service and other items. He rudely said to me, "read the coupon" twice as if I was an idiot! I told him I read the coupon and not to speak to me rudely. Which he then got further agitated and said, "you know what? Just forget it. We don't need your business!!!", and hung up on me without allowing me to even speak any further. What kind of business manager/owner behaves this way? All over a couple of questions asked for clarity??? I was APPALLED by his behavior. Not only was it terrible customer service, but it's false advertising as well.
At the very least, Wayne owes me an apology. I have never been so rudely treated by any company representative in such a manner! Absolutely horrid!!! That being said, this is the classic "bait and switch" scam and I would not recommend anyone call this company for their services!!!
