They tell you over the phone that "This is a Business matter" which is misleading. My husband and myself have called them asking them to give us the date of birth on the person they are calling about, and much to our surprise it wasn't my husbands!! We do Not have outstanding medical bills of any kind and we let them know we will be reporting them to the BBB.
