I was wondering if Pentagroup could garnish my husbands wages for my credit card just because I have no job or income coming in. Glenn Dial call my husband and then called me at home and I told him that what he did was illeagal ( i think anyways) and he started yelling and so did I then my children were listening and I told him that and he then asked to speak to my daughter I of course refused and then he kept asking me to refuse to pay and I did not do that. The company was suppose to send us out a letter and I have not recieved any letter and I am scared that He will call back. I want to pay it off but I don't want to give out my bank information and he said that if I did not pay by bank I would have to pay 31% in interest. I did apologized and so did he but my husband does not want to pay just to see what happens please help us out. I want to know what my rights are in my state and I cannot afford a lawyer. He also said that he knows where we live and got my husbands cell number and know where he works. Please advise
