"when available" means that People Smart does not guarantee anything. And in many cases you will get nothing.

Contacting People Smart is useless They don't even bother reading your emails. I'm getting the same canned response over and over again. You will be explained that you agreed with terms and conditions. And this is your fault... You will be also provided with a link to the terms and conditions page. This is the most you can get from the company.

Im truly disgusted by PeopleSmart and hope to see them out of business
