This shyster search directory's running a bait-and-scam operation: with comparatively cheap single individual reports priced at $1.95 its website's set up to trick you into purchasing more costly but unwanted monthly membership subscriptions with deceptive minuscule check boxes(for viewing reports)overshadowed by much larger check boxes for selecting pretended terms&conditions, not for site-use, but rather for unknowing acceptance of its subscription services.
Refund of a relatively trivial amount of $1.95 isn't the complaint. At issue is outright REFUSAL by this shyster company to duly and promptly REFUND its customers for NON-FULFILLMENT OF SERVICES NOT PROVIDED. A prime example:

1)I ordered this online report which was duly paid online and charged for $1.95 with a debit to my credit union account.
2)To date this report has yet to be received by me in any fashion, shape or form, including
online display or email.
3)From either this firm's emailed confirmation notification email and this firm's online website this ordered and paid for report FAILS TO DISPLAY.
4)In fact, anything BUT the report displays, including: a so-called "loaded email teaser," an ad for another online service called, "My Life," and of course this firm's own dialog box for UPGRADING to its COSTLY AND UNWANTED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS.
5)It's quite clear then this company's far more concerned with scamming consumers for costlier charges rather providing online search services, resorting to the $1.95 failed "reports" as bait.
6)By email I've notified this firm MULTIPLE TIMES that the report has failed to either DISPLAY OR BE RECEIVED.
7)By email I've demanded MULTIPLE TIMES that my paid fee unduly charged to my credit union account for a report NOT SUPPLIED simply and promptly be REVERSED AND CREDITED TO MY CREDIT UNION ACCOUNT.
8)To date the firm via multiple emails outright REFUSES TO REFUND this $1.95 fee for the NON-DELIVERED REPORT.
9)To date the firm via multiple emails keeps on insisting that I waste the time and effort CALLING THEIR "customer care" TELEPHONE NUMBER for some nebulous "assistance."
10)No further "assistance" is needed or wanted EXCEPT A FULL REFUND OF $1.95 FOR THIS REPORT NEITHER DISPLAYED, SENT, NOR RECEIVED BY ME.
So there is absolutely NOTHING that cannot be resolved by wasted telephone call-waiting-and-conversation that cannot be BEST RESOLVED by COMPLETE AND PROMPT REFUND of the $1.95 promptly taken by this company for absolutely NO SERVICE PROVIDED.
This is unacceptable and intolerable.
Simply and PROMPTLY REFUND my $1.95, credit my credit union account for said amount, and COMPLETELY AND PERMANENTLY REMOVE my check card information from their website NEVER to be debited or charged or otherwise ripped off for ANY FUNDS WHATEVER EVER AGAIN so that customer can be DONE with this shyster concern.
