If you try to talk to customer service about bad service, it is someome from East India. You can not understand them. they are reading from cards, with set text. You can hear their familys in the background.
You start out with a free month or 3 months at a set price. before your free time or reduced time is up they start billing you for more. If you do not pay they change the amounts that they say that you owe to keep gettign money from you accounts.
It is a brick in a box trick. It never ends. You spend more money trying to get away from them than staying with them.
It must be the new American Corporate way.
