I just received my bank statement on November 24,2008 and noticed peoplepc took out $10.95 out of my account without my authorization,I canceled my account back in August 2008. and the rep i talked too,was suppose to close down my account in August 2008,when i seen i was being charged for internet services,i called them.they gave me the run around stating,when i closed down my account i accepted the extra free 2-months,they offered me. now why would i accept 2-free months of slow dial-up,when i had AT&T DSL. that was their excuse for charging me for internet services i didn't use for 3-months.Something needs to be done about this company,i am seeing everywhere on ripoff,that they are charging other people too.$10.95 may not be alot of money to some people,but that was my money & they had no right taking that from my bank account without my authorization,not to mention i haven't had a account with them in almost 4-months.
