Peoplepc cheated me out of service & blocked my computer Crystal River, Internet

Ripped off
I payed 5 months in advance for internet service with peoplepc
they shut my service off after 4 mo. and put a block on my pc.
now they say I owe them 21$ & wont take the block off
I called the federal trade commision & they wont help
Peoplepc is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with
If you need internet service I suggest you dont use peoplepc
