Repost and totally agree: They sucker you with the "$0.95" trial and, before you know it, you are stuck with a $36 bill that, when you try to cancel, they agree to immediately cancel the membership but refuse to issue a refund!!! To add insult to injury, the information they provide is not accurate?. Their claim: we provide public records.. Well, you can get public record information yourself, without having to pay them for ANYTHING! Disresputable company and they won't let you talk to a supervisor and will not give out any names/mailing info.. I'll tell you: Matthew Monahan, CEO and Co-founder, Inflection Silicon Valley, 555 Twin Dolphin Drive, Ste'. 200, Redwood City, CA 94065|. Go ahead, and complain to someone who should care|. And then there is John Harrington, Director, PeopleSmart?.com and Michelle Steinbeck, Sr,. Director, Member Services, to name a few.
