Peoria Ford Vehicle Purchase Peoria Arizona
I bought my car in March 2013, during signing of the contract no discussion was given regarding options for car registration. I have bought 4 other vehicles in 5 years and never had to clarify how long I wanted my new car registered for. I bought a used car and with the car purchase I never received a copy of the eval for the car. A week after buying the car I found that the windshield wipers weren't good at all and didnt even keep the water off my windshield. In calling the dealership and speaking to a used car manager, their response was they don't address the windshield wipers during eval unless they didnt work. I let it go as it was just windshield wipers. During the next two months, I received almost 6 calls from the dealership attempting to sell me a car. During each call I explained to the person selling that I already purchased my car and to remove me from the call list. It took two months for the calls to stop, even after calling a manager and informing that the calls weren't stopping. I did not receive my registration for almost two months after I bought my car. When I did, I found that the registration was only completed for 6 months after the day I purchased my car. I called up the dealership and spoke with a manager who stated that this was discussed during the signing of the car. In discussion with husband, this was not given as an option to choose which time frame I wanted for registration. I was basically told there was no option but to deal with it. Finally, only 2,000 miles later, my car being only 50,000 miles my brakes are squeaking really back and I find that I need new brakes. I now am having to spend almost $300 on my "new" used car. With no copy of the eval I am not sure what was actually looked at during checking the car out. I again called up a manager and he stated that brakes would have been checked at eval and that basically he stated the brakes are my problem. Per my calculations brakes should be changed at 30,000 miles, if they werent then they should have been changed before I would have received the car. If they were changed even exactly at 30,000 miles then I should not have to replace the brakes for at least another 10,000 miles. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service of buying my car, the time frames for people to get back to me and the way I ended up getting my car. I will never buy a car from Peoria Ford again.
