I purchased a tire 2 months ago at Pep Boys. I paid for the tire, looked at my bill and realized they charged me for tire protection and some other things I did not ask for. Not making assumptions but i find because I am female, car places like to charge for extra things.

The big thing is that i drive alot for work, and i started hearing a thumping noise like I had a flat tire. I did not. I took it to my mechanic who is about 10 miles away. I just got a call that my tired was about to FALL OFF.

I am glad that i took my car to be checked when I did or something terrible could of happened to me.

The people that work at Pep Boys are shady and their work is shoddy.
