Pep Boys On 15 Sept I had a work order completed. Pepboys put on 2 different type of tires same brand on my vehicle. Since then my vehicle has not been operating the same. I brought my vehicle back 3x before Jamaica, New York

On 15 Sept. I brought my vehicle to PepBoys for maintenance that consisted of brakes check, oil & filter and installation of 2 brand new tires, tire mounting, wheel balance, rebuild tpms. My order was complete. When I drove my vehicle home, I notice the vehicle aggressively shaking, vibrating violently & humming noises. That same evening I brought my vehicle to a different pepboys to check the issue. They ordered and completed  another wheel balance. No change in vehicle, same shaking, etc. So far, I bought 2 new tires and had it balalnced twice.

 On Sept 16th, I brought my vehicle back to the pepboys that installed my tires. I told them of the issues and they checked brakes, tires, and drove it. They could not tell me what was wrong with the vehicle. I left and was upset because someone who worked on my vehicle wasn't proficient at there job and damaged it some way.
On Sept 17th I checked my own tires and noticed that the 2 new tires didn't match. 1 tire was Cooper SLT and the other tire was Cooper ST. It was like running with a timberland boot and a sneaker. This resulted in tread and balance off setting the vehicle. I brought it back to same pepboys and addressed the issue. They asked me "where did I get the tire?" Seriously?? They knew they messed up and switch the tires. I Left that day and again the vehicle continued to shake, vibrate and make noise. Due to my busy work schedule I could not bring it back till today 23rd of Sept. I dropped my vehicle at 0845 am and told pepboys that I wanted a refund of my money and to take back there tires. I called at 1140 and was put on hold for 40 MIN. So I walked over to pepboys with the phone on hold and demanded an update. The man at the desk told me he would do what needs to be done by 130pm.

Here I am an upset customer. I paid 489.81 on 15 Sept to only leave with a vehicle that has an unknown problem that began after pepboys changed my tires. I want my money back today. This company should be ashamed of themselves with the services they provided. The people working in this particular pepboys are novices and do not know what they are doing. I really need help fixing this matter.
