Perfect Power Network - Perfectpowernetwork.com, Perfectpower.net ripoff Phoenix Arizona

In August of 2005 Perfect Power Network hired my contracting firm to install a solar system near Tomstone, Arizona. I completed the installation to there satisfaction and to the end users satisfaction. I still have not recieved payment for materials supplied by my company to complete the job.

When I picked up the equipment to install the job some items were missing that are required to finish the installation work. Perfect Power Network could not furnish the items in a timly manner but still wanted the job done. I supplied the materials and invoiced Perfect Power Network for the materials.

They immediatly complained that the price was to hign but never offered to pay a lower price.

As of November 2005 they have not paid me for the invoice. They have given me some of the materials to relieve part of the invoice amount. They have asked me to make a four hour round trip by truck to pick up some more of the materials at one of there suppliers. When I asked them to ship the materials they refused. We are talking about less then $500 worth of materials.
