Perfect Power Solar Paid in full for solar installation of home solar in August 2011 via cashier's check. various excuses why solar not installed. Phoenix, Arizona

I'm a senior disabled citizen and wanted solar installed on the home I bought on 07/2011.  Researched and chose Perfect Power Solar and paid in full by cashier's check with the initial promise that it would be installed within four months. Upon calling  the it was then six months, then installation could not be done until they received rebate from the Federal Government.  All this time I advised them that I was sick and needed to have the solar because SRP electric bills were getting too high for me and I had to sacrifice food and necessitys to pay the electric bill.  Because my health needed me to have the air conditioner on, and that it's been almost a year and a half, my power will be shut off on October 3, 2012.  My home is all electric and this means no stove, lights, water to drink or bathe, or phone and internet.  I can't afford to pay the $700.00 plus past due nor the coming power bill.  I got free legal advised thru a free senior law service who has made phone calls and sent emails on my behalf but he gets excuses too.  I have been hospitalized because of medical problems and heat problems due to trying to keep the air conditioners off.  Without the air conditioner on the temp in my home is around 120 plus while outside has been 115 to 117 degrees. I'm homebount without a car.

I need help legally to sue Perfect Power for not installing solar causing me hardship mentally and physically and to pay the entire amount I paid them initially in full with none of their deductions they claim they made for service to be provided and to pay all legal fees and pay to turn my power back on.  I am going to die without the necessities to survive.  Please help me asap.  I will go on TV or do whatever it takes to get my money back immediately.  My primary phone is shut off so use secondary number.
