Performance Health USA. LLC I ordered a sample and on the reply said do not send more they send more at 74.95 and there is no number to call and cancel this. I want this to stop immediately. I did not reorder or give them permission to continue sending this. Orem Utah

Ordered only sample and did not reorder. This company keeps sending the Acai berry and I do not want it. There is no number and no invoice to contact this company. I want my account to have the money returned and no more sent to me. I want this to happen immediately. This is very bad business and costing me. I insist on having an
