I receive an email stating that it was an automated address....I looked in my bank account and found the phone number and tried to call. phone recording said welcome to support call us back between 8:30a and 3:30P or if you want to unsubscribe go to the site and unsubscribe there.

Tried the address and it brought up page on ripoffs. I've called my bank and they say I have to get in touch with the company.

We're on permanent disability and can't afford to have money (which I have no idea the amount is) taken from our account.

Again all that I received was a plastic bag for mail with no invoice or directions.

I have also received the free trial offer and later received a delivery of the product Pure Acai Berry with no invoice or statement. A charge of $74.76 was automatically deducted from my checking account by HoPerformanceLife.com with the following phone number 888-289-8740. I called that number several times and finally got a response. I asked to be removed with no further deliveries, their representative was very friendly and responsive to my request and canceled my account effective immediately. I received cancellation confirmations the next day on my email. Keep calling the phone number until you get a response.

Follow-up by trying the phone number again

Finally got a person on the phone at the number the phone was answered, Thank You for calling support. I asked for the name of the company and the subject was changed I said that I had been trying to get a hold of them since I received the product.
Due to hardship I wanted to cancel all further subscriptions. I was told that if I had called yesterday the shipment would have been stopped and my bank account would not have been charged $74.
I said to stop request of payment and I would send back any product, after arguing with a wall I said I would allow payment of the current charge but I wanted nothing else to do with their company. Operator replied if I had read the agreement I would have known this. Yes I did read the agreement. I also was expecting a copy and an invoice with the original shipment. There was nothing but the bottle.
When I explained to the operator Geneva that I couldn't get the address that was on the product label it came up with Rip-Off Reports.
She said that she had the site up right in front of her and that there were not such notices about the company. The Internet address is www.pureacaiberries.com.
This charge that they are taking from my account will put me in overdraft and ever item submitted will have a $37.50 NSF charge.
