this company had an ad,try our product just pay shipping and handeling which was $2.95,so i did,there was nothing on the website that said if you try our sample you would be obligated for automatic shipments of this product.I did not like the product.when i checked my checking account i had a charge of $66.90 that i did not know anything about.

I went to my bank to see what this charge was.they said it was thorton enterprises,the bank called them,they said they took $66.90 out of my account and were sending a shipment to me automatically.I told them I did not approve this.They did not want to talk to me,they hung up on me.I did recieve the product in the mail,I'm sending it back.But,they caused me to go in the overdraft in my checking account.I got charged the $66.90 plus another $60.00 in bank charges thanks to them and the company won't fix it.and also I have bought things from dollar tree that worked better than this stuff.$66.90 is way to much money for a little 2oz jar of cream.

Seems to me if someone offers a product that works, and people will actually use, that a company wouldn't have to resort to all that negative option bullsh*t to get their money. It's nice hearing about how all the information is there on the web site for people to read, but it's really just another scam. Lovely hearing about how great the company is from one of their employees, but in reality, all those negative option schemes are used just to get money out of people that wouldn't ordinarily want to part with it.

If this product is so freaking good, sell it honestly and up front. If the product sucks, sell it though unethical monthly subscriptions. I suspect the latter...
