Wedding venue owner failed to honor contract, acted inappropriate towards costumer, advertised venue during ceremony without consent and harassment.
Wedding venue owner failed to honor contract by adding additional charges after the date of service and has been very inconsistent in correspondence with paying customer. The business owner has acted very inappropriate towards costumer by advertising venue during ceremony without consent and has sent e-mails with false invoices and has downright harassed
costumer within the language of e-mails. This business owner has ruined what was supposed to be a very special once in a lifetime event. The owner's business practices are not only inconsistent, but carried out in a reckless manner. This owner attempted to charge many additional charges outside of the contract and claimed to be trusting in verbal agreements that
never took place. Mrs. Perry (owner) has reduced her charges  in an e-mail in which was extremely unprofessional and should be considered harassment. She has caused emotional damage far beyond the amount paid for the venue and this business should be investigated without a doubt. This business owner has far exceeded bad customer service and lacks proper policies, procedures and contract agreements.
