Our company normally receives 3 + calls each week from Personal Concepts. We no longer want to do business with them due to harassment and irritatition to our busy and respectful workplace.  We have instructed our staff to not reroute or answer to the constant marketing calls. Hang up on them for all we care. Today, after receiving the second call trying to instill fear into different staff regarding labor law posters, I contacted Personal Concepts to let them know that we will no longer be making any purchases from them and have found another company to go through next year.

Yes, we did already buy our posters from Personal Concepts for 2013. We are now buying our labor law posters from another vendor that provides to some PA state offices for both fed and state posters. FYI - they also call to do surveys, but they are very unethical and disrespectful. Be kind, at first, when refusing them (since these workers need to make a living too) then hang up if they remain relentless! Thank you.
