My daughter bought her car in to get the air conditioner repaired. I was with her when she picked up the car. The car still ran hot air. It was near closing so I had her to call and report that the a/c was still not working. He asked her to bring it in the next day. She did that and three other times as well. Now he refuses to repair it unless "SHE GETS THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER" repaired. He says its because of the drivability of the car that the a/c does not work.

After $800 and insulting by flirting from his co-worker you would think that he would be nicer and more cooperative in getting the job done complete without LAME excuses such as drivabiilty of the car. He wanted to re-rip her off again by insisting that she needed some work done that would help get the a/c running properly. EXCUSE ME: I am not stupid. The CC has nothing to do with the A/C...please do not go to Meineke at 3411 W. Buckingham in Garland, TX unless you are willing to be taken by Jack the Ripper...
