Personally, I have called five times and sent 3 emails outlining the series of events. I have also put in a dispute with my credit card company disputing the charge as fraudulant.
Apparently they have done this to others and it is time the word got out to protect others. Are there any Attorney's out there that would like to take this on?
I am starting a personal legal claim against them, but we would be stronger in a group.
