Recently purchased a bag of Dogswell Chicken jerky Treats from PetCareRX. When received at home a friend informed us to make sure that the product was not made in China as the FDA had issued a warning in November 2011 of a foodborne illness that was traced back to jerky treats made in China. Apparently this is the second such warning has been issued. Dogs were getting sick and even dying. No where on PetCareRX's site did they present the warning nor indicate the product was made in China. The package is unopened. Asked for RA to return product for refund. REFUSED!  PetCareRX says to pay for return shipping ourselves and they will not refund the outgoing shipping. They continue to sell the Chinese made jerky treats to their customers regardless of the FDA warning still in effect. After putting our pet at risk to ask us to incur further costs just to get back to even is ridiculous. SHAMEFUL.

Calling me a dummy is childish and maybe it was that type of approach why you didnt get help. I have proof that I am a consumer with no affiliation to pet care rx... they did 130% right by me... maybe because I was polite and not a jerk....   you should look in the mirror before you go hurling insults without any basis or justification.  I had a fantastic experience with the company and continue to buy from them with total satisfaction....  go ahead buy retail and let them deal with your childish insults.

Go ahead and post your paperwork dummy. Typical next step in the big company PR cover up scam to confuse the audience.

I'm confident that pet owners who read this and who truly concern themselves with their pets' well being will be careful not to buy from PetCareRX without first taking my experience into consideration.

I am a consumer, live in NC, not NY / NJ where PetcareRx is located...  I have emails and vet lab reports to prove what I stated....  My experience with them was fantastic... they went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out.... I have no affiliation what so ever with the company and to assume that any consumer with a different experience to yours is an employee is pretty dense....   Maybe it is because I had a legitimate claim, or maybe how I asked for help... I dont know - all I know is they didnt have to help me, and did.... I have extreme confidence in them...

After 2 months is it a coincidence that every rebuttal on every site I posted to is the exact same and entered on the same day? Gee it doesn't read at all like the company P/R staffers are posting the rebuttals either. Don't be fooled - I can report with 100% certainty that PetCareRX did not take care of my family or our pet. All of their efforts go into selling and painting a pretty picture of their service which does not exist in reality.

For the record after 2 months they are still selling products that the FDA has deemed hazardous. So go ahead and buy with trust! Maybe you should ask for "Amber". I'm sure she'll point out which dog treats on their site are the ones with long lists of reported dog illness associated with them.

Consumer with fantastic experience with PetCareRX

PetCareRx.com really stood behind thier products and proved very ethical. 

A year ago I discovered that my dog had heartworms. I contacted the
manufacturer and they refused to help in any way.  Then I contacted
PetCareRX.com whom I had purchased the pills thru... and they could not
have been more caring or helpful!!

They stood behind the product the mfg refused to!! I am so impressed by
their customer care and policies...

would never buy pet supplies any where else!

I have medical reports and correspondence to prove all statements..
Buy from them with confidence that they will do right by you!!
They really helped me a lot; when the mfg refused to.

Amber in their customer service dept couldnt have cared any more about it if it were
her dog...  she has even followed up long after the case was closed to see how
he is doing... these are pet people that truly care about running an ethical and fair
company....
