PetSmart.com's idea of 2 day shipping is a joke, with any other company or business 2 days means day after tomorrow, not the day after that. For example If i drop something off or have it picked up by any carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS ect)say on Monday they guarantee it will be received by Wednesday. Not with PetSmart.com, they will let you think it will be there Wednesday (if placed over the weekend), but when it doesn't arrive their response is no, we meant Friday, as they do not include the day the carrier SHOULD be picking it up unlike all others that include that day. They need to be more clear and simply state that 2 day shipping means 5 business days from the day you order before they will consider it late. Example being: if ordered on Monday it will only be considered late if you have not received it by Midnight Friday night, then call us back if you don't receive it on Monday. The first time this happened I was assured that it would not happen again, well guess what, my order I placed at 0100 am on Friday the 26th will only be considered late if it doesn't arrive by Thursday the 1st. In the past I've had a phone order placed on a Thursday (in the afternoon no less) arrive Saturday morning. This tells me to just do phone orders from now on since an online order can add about 4 days to its arrival.
