Petco bought a Conure had her for 7 weeks died paid for test to be done to see why she died,petco stated they would pay me if not something i did to kill the bird and i didnt and now they wont pay me Reading, Pennsylvania

on 9/3/11 went to petco store#1895 to buy a conure parrot,found one that we liked,sprnt $284.06, had the bird for 7 weeks,went to bed on10/22/11 (saturday night) woke up on sunday the 23rd and the bird was dead,called petco,talked with a girl named Autum,she called her boss Bonnie who said that if i paid for testing on the bird to find out what happened to her and if nothing i did they would pay back the money for the bird and the test which cost me $250.00,the report from PALDS in Kennett Square,Pa says,suspect proventricular dilation syndrome,they will not give me my money back because it doesn't say for sure thats what the bird died from,then have the balls to say they never said that because stupid me never had anything in writting. will never step foot in a petco again.
