An independent 3rd party looked into the story that you gave about the real estate transaction and the timelines and facts that you told the victim were completely different than what was found on further investigation. You saw an easy target and you took it by lying and pretending to not know what was going on. Period!
If you really didnt know the facts and made an error in judgement, then this is gross negligence on your part in your chosen profession. That is inexcusable as well since it cost the victim $30,000 of very hard earned money. You either conned the person (which is looking likely since you asked for the money to be deposited to your personal bank account--a tactic common to real estate con men, and because the facts you told the person were grossly different compared to further investigation) or you are grossly negligent in your job and people need to know that about you!
You chose not to get educated but you want to be a successful person and the only skill you have is SALES. You are a skilled talker and you seem to NOT use this honestly or at the very least you use in an uneducated, grossly negligent manner.
This is karma coming to YOU!
Now, when you try to say "there is a complaint filed with the Sheriff for harassment" well, thats all you can do. Nothing has been done to the person because there is no law saying that we cannot express our first amendment rights of free speech of warning people about your lies and/or gross negligence. No one can stop a person from sharing their experience. Nothing is being said here that didnt happen such as you killed someone or something outragous liek that.
When you say "I choose not to defame the character posting this" it is because you dont have anything on that person! AND you know how irate, pissed off, and victimized this person is with you that you know better not to take this to the next level because things will get worse for you and your "professional business reputation" than it is so far. It will escalate to a level that you dont want. So...just shut up and take this like a man...this is karma coming back at you and just accept it!
You must learn to deal with people in a more honest manner or this will keep happening to you!!! If you still maintain that you didnt withhold information or lie to the victim, then just try to do your job better because if you were really being honest, you dont know what the hell you are doing in that business and you are gonna damage more people!!!!
If you file a rebuttal against this, the more will be said about you that will further discredit you.
Continue to try to sell people timeshares they may or may not need at Welk in Escondido and Real Estate at Edge REalty in Escondido and just endeavor to be honest instead of trying to gain that dollar.

All I can say is Karma will catch up to you. There is no reason I should expose the person that posted this because out of my many happy clients and satisfied customers there will always be one bad apple out of the bunch. Needless to say a harassment report has already been filed with the Sheriff's department against the individual that posted this along with other harassing tactics employed. I know the individual will continue their false sense of reality and continue to post negative comments against me, I just hope they get help and become a positive member of society.
