This is the worst sort of person to be allowed to exist. He is agent/owner of apartment complexes from El Monte all the way to the Inland Empire area. He runs them on a 'get as much money as fast as possible out of the poor folks living in them , then screw them if things go wrong.' He won't even return security deposits to those who rightfully deserve them. He flaunts the laws and gets away with it, and it isn't fair.

Isn't there ANYONE out there who can help stop this asshole?
Too many decent people are getting the shaft and not ONE single agency out there seems able or willing to assist.

I have plenty of PHYSICAL PROOF of the illegalities this devil has let happen, and the conditions he permits still is plain wrong.
