Mr. Gutensohn is an employee of Kinney Recruiting, based in Austin, Texas.  They have a website.  The "Recruiting Partners, GP" is just the paying agent for the company. They are a good company, which I am sure has NO idea of Mr. Gutensohn's history or practices.  He, his wife and six of the children currently live in Kissimmee, Florida, in Osceola County, and have lived there approximately 2 years; the name of the street is "Playing Otter Court".  He has made a practice of "rent and run" for quite a few years.  Living in approximately a half dozen houses in the past 2-3 years.  The family averages between 1 to 2 years per address...always leaves in the middle of the night, often leaving significant damage behind them.  

CURRENTLY RESIDES IN KISSIMMEE FLORIDA (Osceola County). Works for Recruiting Partners GP Inc. Claims he make #160k a year and cannot pay his rent of $2200. DO NOT RENT TO HIM. He has previous eviction from 2006, tied up in court hearing for several months, rent free. His SS# ends in 7043. STAY AWAY!
