To Whom t May Concern, I have admittitly played at Rushmore casino for sometime now and after these last 3 or 4 days of play and depositing of "exactly" $645 of my hard earned money that a N.Y. artists and struggling actor works very hard for, I might add, I've concluded that "Rushmore Casino", as I have had my suspcions about earlier on and I'm convinced has bilked me, I'm sure, other players as well, out of their hard earned money through deceptive means and unethical and immoral use of their "RTG" sofware that is known to be rigged at many of the other already "blacklisted" sites by Bryan at CasinoMeister, as well as Bet to gamble.com, On-line player magazine, Winner on-line.com, Reviewed Casinos.com and ALL the players who have "mutual" stories that I will use for support to get reimbursed as you will see I have had to do with a select few like your casino, below. I am going to contact the Government of Nicosia, Cypress and any of what we all know are Flimsy so-called Gaming Commisions with NO true Government authority or regulation. It is unequivical and my contention that there is "definate" Software Tampering in "favor" of yet "another" CROOKED "RTG" casino, essentially EXTORTING money from players as well documented. I have deduced this myself by comparing "specifically" your real series slot's game play, and the continual "near miss" syndrome, were I first heard the term when I was working in the land based MGM grand in Las Vegas in the 80's while attending college, from a "disgruntled" technician. It's self explanatory and I'm sure you can deduce what it means if you cheating gluttens and your alleged "shareholders" don't already know. It simply means a player of video slots will ALWAYS miss that one symbol he needs to complete a win. This is NO accident and is programmed "BY" the unscrupulous technician(s) who works for the casino so house will always win, hence the name "a house machine". In any case, I have played literally thousands of hands at your casino "just this past few days alone" NOT to mention my previous play of prior deposits that exceed the $645 I am seeking as either a complete refund sent to me by courier check OR less preffered, a FULL credit of this amount with NO rediculous, outlandish rollover requirements and I will put your software through the test again and proove that this "continual" near miss syndrome occurs too frequent to be coincidental, when playing and more importantly during the FREE SPIN bonus rounds and is the ONLY time a player can truly accumulate winnings but NOT if you are cheating us like many of the infamous "RTG" sites that the wise player today steers clear from, as I told you in e-mails you apparently don't read or address, NOW I know why! If your dishonest and cheating players why would what we have to say be of ANY importance to the management, if any, which is another big joke, as you seem to have a Zillion Managers, yet they are unreachable and do not make themselves available or known to the player.Again, I can see why. I am also researching the site and Isagro Holdings and am going to do everything in my power using my media contacts in the N.Y. area to locate the holding company's primary sharholders, if there are any, and that also isn't just another farce as well. I will find that out soon. I am outraged and totally sick and tired of the overwhelming majority of RTG sites cheating their players. The only good site in my opinion is InetBet who operates the site with Integrity "and" FAIRLY and has a "single" Manager (Emily Hanson) that unlike you SOB's supposedly "in charge"?, makes herself available to ALL players. I don't mind losing fair and square to an on-line casino and have lost a bundle on line BUT the difference is they were NOT all RTG casinos, "except" for INetBet, and ccassionally, Calvin Ayers' Bodog casino. As I stated the rest have either folded up operations OR are 'blacklisted" by respected watchdog sites and many players, and respectfully so! It's extremely difficult to hit these Real Series Slots, as well as your other games, I'm sure. The Random Jackpots a whole other ISSUE and FARCE at your site anyway, which by the way I have hit 4 times at InetBet in the past and NEVER HIT them at 98% of the "other" RTG sites which are ONLY there to lure in the player, just like your Weekend bonuses! They, for the most part, are a BIG JOKE and just ploy to Lure the player in! As far as your great yet "deceptive" Bonus Match Weekend offers, after you've read the "terms and conditions", are totally USELESS to the player, ESPECIALLY if your cheating players, on top of the harsh and "already" outrageous Terms and Restrictions you place on the player! I am the proof as I have deposited $645, not much but when you add your BOGUS MATCHES I played with a bankroll of over $1800 betting modest amounts, $1 -$2 "mostly", that's litearlly thousands of plays\spins on your very fixed and unforgiving REAL SERIES SLOTS. I have seen and experienced for myself, first hand and through continuous exhaustive hours of playing and the having the same experience ONLY at a "few" other RTG sites that I played at. The fact is that these video slots, RETURN absolutely NOTHING and when your lucky enough to get the "extremely hard to get FREE SPIN BONUS ROUND or ANY BONUS round associated with these SLOT games, I personally played and studied for hours on end, you get NOTHING 99% of the time,. You do get the NEAR MISS though that I told you about! Pretty sad!! I compared my play at YOUR casino to my play at INetBet by going into the game history logs, which can be requested by a REAL manager, who isn't hiding behind the gaming server or close doors, there was a definate discrepancy in black and white, using the same amount of playing time, which was usually several long hours , It was obvious that the "other" RTG site paid much more frequently. The return was vastly different and much better than Rushmore's. Futhermore, at INETBET and BODOG It wasn't ALWAYS the "Near Miss" spin, I actually accumulated substantial winnings from the "majority" of Free Spins during MANY bonus rounds, unlike your site's Real Series Slot GAME PLAY, where it would unbelievably took several hundred in "many" cases, during the course of my 3-days of playing, to activate these Free Spin Rounds FINALLY and a variety of your real series slot games! Then, to add injury to insult I would get nothing!! I actually counted 10 free spin rounds that gave me absolutely Nothing or very little. This is NOT the norm at the few RTG "reputable" casinos I've played at AND that I carefully COMPARED your games play and return% to. The bottom line here is that "UNTAMPERED" with RTG software is RTG software and although the intervals when they will run hot will obviously vary, the very same games I refer to should EVENTUALLY emulate or RETURN something or hit an eventual JACKPOT, like the games do at the these other two ther sites in particular that carry GOOD reputations. I have a credible Argumaent and dispute and you can refute this and attempt to "rationalize," as the casinos that are truly EXTORTING players money will ALWAYS do and have the same lame explanations. Like, and I qoute, " our RNG is periodically tested and has been "certified" By who, some unknown company with NO credentials. Or, another favorite of mine, "we are audited by Price Waterhouse Cooper, Big Deal! That doesn't make you honest or incapable of CHEATING. Thus, I refuse to lose my MONEY which totals in the tens of thousands @ specific RTG casinos among one or two other software providers below alos proved to be using malicious software! I don't have a problem devulging this to you, as I am that strongly against having my money EXTORTED from me by a handfull of BAD guys and them looking to make more than the already excessive profits by CHEATING and using unorthadox methods to take our money. I demand the return my $645 ASAP AT THE VERY LEAST or I MIGHT consider "if" by some unlikely scenerio Rushmore plays FAIR, which I am NOT convinced of, since my losses go BEYOND a bad luck streak with your casino and because of the comparisons I made with TWO sites that use the very SAME RTG software, I would consider a credit to my account as mentioned earlier with NO wagering requirements and that playthrough of $645, should conclude if my supisions and reservations about Rushmore is correct. Bear in mind that the restitution that I am seeking doesn't reflect my total losses with you, whichis what I should really be reimbursed for! Now, if you are unwilling to credit my account in a timely fashion, I will have no choice but to take every possible step as a player to RECOUP ALL my losses from day one at Rushmore which total close to $1500 or more. Not a whole lot of money but as I siad, it's the principle, NOT the money as you should note below BUT the fact remains is I will NOT tolerate cheating. I will also make sure to report you to ALL impartial and reputable casino watchdog sites and get the word out to as many players as possible through these sites by exposing your seedy operations, and again, what boils down to outright extortion. Lastly, I will Contact the NY attorney General's office and give them the website URL and the supposed holding companies name and physical address, in addition to, and oddly enough the New York FAX #'s 212- 710-5904 & The international call # of 212-359-1629. As, well as the names of Michael Baxter, Peter, and Julia, these so-called "managers" I want my MONEY BACK and will do whatever is necessary to get it. You and these other RTG casinos are getting away with murder and whether your server sits in Nicosia Cyprus, to circumvent the gaming laws of course, is irrelevant and you are NOT above the law. I'm sure your New York numbers as well, will shed some light on just who exactly is behind your fraudulant international operation and WHY you have a N.Y. FAX number, I'm sure the N.Y.
