Phebe Kahn Credit Repair Services, LLC Phebe Kahn Scam and Ripoff St. Peters, Missouri

It's very interesting to learn that another complaint has already been filed against this shady credit repair service. As the original complaint stated, my husband and I were also ripped off by the services or lack thereof services by Phebe Kahn. Perhaps it was our fault for not running away when we heard the name Kahn as in "con" man, but we went against our better judgement. In 2011, my husband and I both signed on to do credit repair services with Phebe, making a down payment of $200 and was sworn the world of services she guaranteed she would offer us for signing on. Oh she talked a good game too. I knew she was full of it then, but like I said we went against our better judgment dealing with a desperate situation.

Within in a matter of a few weeks, she went ghost. We weren't able to get a hold of her by cell or office phone, let alone text messages. When we finally would hear from her it was an excuse or she would state that she was working on our file. We knew she hadn't began working on anything because there was nothing occurring at the credit bureau or company's on our accounts. I''m curious to know if she ever even pulled our credit reports to begin with.

In any case, a few more weeks went past and I grew tired of the lack of customer service we received from her. It wasn't until I finally called her office and told her assistant that I wanted to terminated our agreement with her before I actually received a return phone call from her. At that point it wasn't anything else left to discuss. I wasn't up for playing any more games, and we weren't paying her a dime on the balance, so we simply didn't ask for a refund back. She received payment and did absolutely nothing.

There is no need for anything to be done with this complaint. I'm satisfied in knowing that others will be able to read this and see for themselves before they throw away money like my husband and I did. She rebutted the previous complaint which was interesting, but it's obvious that the facts still remain. She collects payment for services never performed, and she goes ghost after she collects a dime from you. If that isn't a ripoff I don't know what else is.
