These people will learn once and for all that they can't harass us or lie about us. I really despise judges more then ever we didn't do nothing wrong here about calling animal control because of their dogs trying to bother us in our own yard. That is what this whole mess and they was going to drop the charges unless we agreed to pay the court cost we said hell no they caused this mess our neighbors did.

These Neighbors just wanted to get us back because we reported their dog to animal control. They wanted to make a big issue of it, well it is Alabama law to keep your own pets in your own yard and the other issue was their friends was parking on our property and leaving tire marks and destroying our grass.
If people can't understand what i just said i'm not going to repeat myself. So how is that harassing them buy calling animal control to keep them from allowing their dog not to trying to mess up our property. They was harassing us.

I'm just exposing how we are unfairly being treated. They are all in on it in trying to ruin our life the DA the municipal court judge the police who refuse to put a stop to the harassment. There is no justice in this town when you get bulled & harassed buy your neighbors in this town.
We are currently planning to file a lawsuit for our damages that we have suffered because the a**hole police refuse to stop the harassment. They are all harassing us the municipal court judge the DA & the municipal court who refused to let us file harassment charges against our neighbor for screaming & yelling at us.
They refused to keep their own dog in their yard but we didn't falsely call like how this police officer told us off saying he would put us both in jail for falsely calling. They refused to look at my video evidence that shows how crooked they are & how they side with the trouble making neighbor. We got no help only "GRIEF & MISERY"

We don't have a problem getting along with people. I am a easy going person until somebody is rude to me for no reason or try to trash our property people won't to harass and bully us and when we don't put up w
Ith it they get us in trouble. The DA and everyone the judge and police are doing there best to make us the villians in all the. We just stood up for our rights like any other human being would do, but the jack asses on this site think we don't have any rights that we are the problem and start trouble when it is the other way around.
Well we are fighting for our rights to be treated fairly and to stop being lied about and being harassed by the DA the court judges and the police. It is going to back fire on them if we get found guilty this next phase. They will be the ones in trouble with the LAW for harassing innocent people and finding innocent people guilty.
We are tired of being screamed at like how our neighbors did making a scene in the middle of the street and the judge blames us for it along with the DA who is on the liars side. We are having to waste money getting a lawyer to help defend us and to prove we was the ones harassed not the other way around. They are trying to ruin us financially the DA court judges do they get personal pleasure in tormenting us, they know very well that we was the ones but they chose to allow the harassers to file a harassment complaint agaisnt us.
We are fed up with being lied about and them causing us undue stress. The neighbors don't realize they are screwing themselves buy missing time off work to go to court. Well it serves them right to lose money for lying about us. I sure don't have any PITY or empthany for them. They caused all this trouble and they can suffer for all i care for making us suffer emotionally and causing financial hardship having to waste money on a lawyer.
They are getting back exactly what the deserve having to miss work. I hate it when the police get rich off getting innocent people in trouble. There is money to be made for judges to find innocent people guilty.

This neighborhood we live in doesn't have a covenant so no neighbors have the right to tell you to do anything. This is the last straw of putting up with abuse in this town. It has been nothing but trouble for 8 years of living in this town since the trouble making thugs are moving in. Everything is bad in this town they have incompetent doctors who allow employees to abuse patients then terminate them as a patient.
You can't get no help from the police if a neighbor is harassing you instead they turn it around on you & you get found guilty of harassment buy the judge & possibly having to go to jail over a false accusation which the DA is trying his very best to get us in trouble & having a criminal record over a lie & the DA knows it a false accusation for which would make it hard to get employment.

If they don't let us review any of their statements or what we was charged with. We are going to ask that this unauthorized and false trial be dismissed because we did not harass them we have been harassed, & people can see we been harassed with all the hateful & people verbal abusing me on my complaints.
Its plain & simple that we are the ones who have been harassed in all of this. They have no real evidence or video to prove their accusations of the things that we supposedly said to them on 05/11/2012 is when all this harassment took place with our neighbors yelling & screaming in the middle of the street at us saying the word B**** several times in a row. The Phenix City municipal court is on on this along with the Phenix City Police the DA they are all involved.

Once it gets dismissed or if we are found not guilty we will sue the hell out of them for all this undue stress & emotional distress that everybody has caused us in this situation.
We will have the last laugh when we go to the bank to deposit the money we will get from suing the city for police harassment & letting our neighbors get away with harassing us & letting them file harassment charges instead of us.
Its plain & simple that we are the ones who have been harassed in all of this. I'm going to start to rebel and protest until I get treated the way I deserve to be treated. I'm no longer going to take crap from people or allow them to treat me like crap!. That is why we have this false accusation from our neighbors across the street because we stood up to them & didn't take their crap.

The phenix city court is a kangaroo court. They are unfair biased they raped our rights when they allowed our neighbor who was harassing us file harassment charges against us. The local DA is on their side even though they have no real evidence of their claims. Its a false accusation anyways.
But they are proceeding to get us in trouble anyways. The municipal court judge was biased against us & he found us guilty of harassing our neighbors, our neighbors was also pointing a camera on our property which violates our privacy, but the stupid phenix city cops said they could do it. OK, I just made a trip that took me through Columbus, GA and Phenix City, AL TWICE last week. I paid particular attention to the drivers and to the conditions, in general. On neither occasion did I notice anyone driving faster than the posted speed limit. No one was tailgating nor darting in and out of their lanes. Just as in ANY southern city ( with the possible exception of Atlanta ), everyone was courteous and paying attention to their surroundings. That leaves only ONE conclusion to this rant of Chuckles - HE is the problem ( gee, what a surprise !! ). And, by the way, Chuckles, exactly WHERE are these yellow lines that people supposedly pass you on ????? I never saw a single one. They must be invisible to everyone but you, huh ?? What a liar you are.

What's this? That's odd. I drive through both Phenix City and Columbus on a regular basis. I've NEVER observed any of the things that Charles is describing here. In fact, these are some of the most polite and conscientious drivers I come across. Therefore, I must surmise that the fault lies with Charles. HOW ELSE could someone raise the ire of otherwise ordinary peaceful motorists ? This guy must be some piece of work !!
On my next trip, I'll pay particular attention to the driving habits of the citizens of both of these fine towns.......and will especially look out for any idiot drivers ( such as Charles ).

Passing on double yellow lines is illegal but that is what you get from other drivers in phenix city and doing 60 mph in a 40 mph that is what the fine drivers of phenix city al do is break the law

After getting a speeding ticket, I now strive to keep within the customary 5 miles over the limit and have to contend with impatient crapheads tailgating us on 2 lane country roads.
If I could legally blow the heads off, or shoot at the gas tanks of such miserable SOBs and face no charges for it, I would. We drive a hatchback and my family is no more than 3 feet away from their front end if they rear end me at a stop.
Sorry, everyone, but the man isn't always wrong, and I'm going to lend him some validation here.
