PhentermineNY.com Makes you think you can order perscriptions using "their" consultant. Then substitutes vitamins and will not refund Internet

You go online looking for appetite suppressants or some other form of diet pill. You coma across PhentermineNY.com. Here's a name of a drug I was told works. I read their site and order 2 bottles of Phendimetrazine 35mg. I fill in all the info requested noting I do not have a doctor or insurance, assuming they will review my case or reject me. I get an acknowledgment of my order saying it's in review and they will let me know when it ships. Since it requires an adult signature I had it shipped to my office who in turn shipped it to my house, The package arrived on the 15th, the email informing me it is shipping arrived on the 21st. The main office (I'm in the field a lot) ships it to my house and I come home on the 22nd, open the package and the label says "Phentreamine" a "Dietary supplement" which they charge me $169.95 plus shipping and consulting fees. I requested 2 bottles of phendimetrazine at $99.95 each. I call immediately and they tell me "No Refunds", I asked for it. Turns out one of the 5 terms and agreements at the bottom of the order states they have a right to substitute. Honestly, how reads these things? It's a RIP-OFF!
