Philadelphia Police Retaliate Against People Who Videotape Them! Philadelphia Pennsylvania

According to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), the criminal gang known as the Philadelphia Police Department roughs up and falsely arrests innocent people because they legally videotape them. If the cops are not doing anything wrong, why would they care if they are being videotaped? Earlier this year, the ACLU filed the first in a series of lawsuits against the Philadelphia police for falsely arresting Christopher Montgomery because he recorded an arrest. The lawsuit states that Philadelphia police officers "routinely manufacture criminal charges to retaliate against individuals who observe or record police activity.” I personally was threatened with arrest because I was videotaping racist white cops violently arresting a possibly innocent black teenager.
