My wife caught them marking up the cost of appraisal and called them on it. Then, they denied not us but the building on an issue that was supposedly cleared up a month ago.
I got in touch with the ceo's executive office and they were absolutely no help at all. They just covered their butts. These people are criminals! Do not use citibank for anything.
