Phillip R. Foss of OPTIS Group, LLC in Colorado Springs is a liar, scammer and dishonorable person who cannot be trusted about anything that he says, nor says he will do. He pledged to help one of my clients and never came through, even though he said he did. He told some B.S. story that was never substantiated about sending a check and claiming it got lost in the
mail.  Standard scammer response. Then he said his accounting department would look into it. Never heard from them, and every email message sent to him has been ignored. His phone number is unavailable and now he can't be reached. Standard scammer actions. Do not trust this guy and do not do business with him or his company! Apparently, there are other unhappy people who have dealt with him too that have filed rip off reports, so I know I'm not the only one who got scammed by this crook. Beware!
