This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. The experience was something you see in a bad B movie. I was quoted a "Flat" rate of $549/week for a van rental. After my family arrived at the airport we called to get picked up and they sent a vehicle that could not fit all of us. So I had to leave my family at the airport, sign the fake contract ( that appeared to be written by a toddler ) that only showed the $549 rate, then go back to the airport to pick up my family. The van was in horrible condition and felt like it was going to fall apart. I dropped it off on a Saturday and was told that the total charge would not be available until Monday and I needed to contact the "Accounting" department. Normally this would seem strange but none of the guys working there looked like they were smart enough to use a calculator, especially the jerk Pete behind the counter. None of them have people skills and I'd be surprised if they didn't have a criminal record. I called Monday to speak with "Accounting" and they told me the charge would be $867. They added fees for shuttle service to and from the airport, additional drivers, full coverage insurance, 19.55 % tax and so many other surcharges it would make your head spin. NONE OF THESE EXTRA FEES WERE DISCLOSED AT ANY POINT! I will warn as many people I can about this place and hope they get shut down. Hopefully a class action suit will be filed against them soon.
